Story Line : A fight between two intellectuals. Hero plays and IPS officer whose target is to minimise crimes in our country. Thus the concept - Decriminilization. For this hero aims the biggest corporate criminal whose defeat would reduce crimes in society. How he fixes his ENEMY and defeats him forms the rest of story

Performances:
Arvind swamy's screen presense is the highlight of the film. Each and every scene when hero and villian outsmarts each other are handled with excellent care. Ram charans acting has improved a lot and correctly fits into the role of an serious IPS officer. Rakul preeth singh is apt as his love. Posani's comedy worked out in parts but doesnt suit the theme of the film.
Finally Movie Madness % - 75-80 eskovachu for Arvind swamy and thrills & twists
Bottom line : You must watch if u like movies having serious theme and makes you think. For others you can have a watch for an innovative story - telling
